Hello AWCD Hillwalkers!

Meeting time: 10:00
Hike time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours (depending on the terrain conditions)
Level: Moderate
Hike Distance: About 4.3 miles
Please bring: 1 liter water, lunch, snack, rain gear, hat and gloves, walking sticks if you have them. May be VERY muddy so bring a change of pants, shoes and extra bags.
Please note that walkers should be aware that they are responsible for their own safety and that they are NOT covered by the AWCD for Personal Accident Insurance. To hike with the Hillwalking group you must be a member of Mountaineering Ireland; this provides us with insurance cover. You are allowed to join AWCD for two hillwalks; if you wish to continue to walk with us you must join Mountaineering Ireland.
