Potluck lunches are hosted by one of our members, and all those attending bring a dish to share with everyone.
Our February Theme will be "Brunch". Eggs, muffins, croissants, pastries, breakfast meats, bread, french toast, quiche and mimosas! Other options include breakfast drinks, such as smoothies, orange juice and coffee and fruit.
(Noreen has a waffle iron, and large electric skillet, if your dish needs to be cooked before serving. Also several small slow cookers to keep food warm).
The dish choice is yours, but please tell us your dish when you register. (To date, we have a Frittata, 2 x Quiche, Pancakes and Cinnamon Rolls).
