Philanthropy Meeting (Evening)

If you are interested in helping us organize for the Afternoon Tea for either Day of or in preparation of and you can't make it on the 9th: You can join us in on Jan 12 at 6:30 PM at Monica's Lobby in Ballsbridge.

Roles listed below where we have needs:

• Someone to do some AV work in regards to a PowerPoint - thanking our members and sponsors.
• Scribes to printout description and Silent Auction Bid Sheets 
• Setting up Raffle items and Silent Auction Tables
• Goodie bag & Raffle items Assembly - Schedule at Noreen's January 18th in the am
• 2 people minimum to rotate each other out at the Silent Auction & Raffle Items tables while folks are signing up for silent auction items & selecting raffle items.     
• Raffle elves: 3 people to help distribute raffle items around the room as raffles are called
