Philanthropy Committee (Morning)

If you are interested in helping us organize for the Afternoon Tea for either Day of or in preparation of  join us at Kilkenny Shop at 10:00 am on the top level.  (*If you're unable to make January 9th, please check if either meeting on January 12th fits into your schedule)

Roles listed below where we have needs:

• Someone to do some AV work in regards to a PowerPoint - thanking our members and sponsors.
• Scribes to printout description and Silent Auction Bid Sheets 
• Setting up Raffle items and Silent Auction Tables
• Goodie bag & Raffle items Assembly - Schedule at Noreen's January 18th in the am
• 2 people minimum to rotate each other out at the Silent Auction & Raffle Items tables while folks are signing up for silent auction items & selecting raffle items.     
• Raffle elves: 3 people to help distribute raffle items around the room as raffles are called
