Please join AWCD for a visit to excellent small exhibitions on two of Ireland’s greatest poets; William B. Yeats and Seamus Heaney.
We will meet at the main National Library building, where National Library staff will give us an introduction to the exhibition YEATS: The Life & Works of William Butler Yeats. After viewing the exhibition, we will make the short walk to the Bank of Ireland Cultural & Heritage Centre on Westmoreland Street to hear an introduction by NLI staff to the Seamus Heaney: Listen Now Again Exhibition, followed by a viewing of the exhibition at our leisure.
If your schedule permits, please join us for lunch at a local café after the tour. The tour is free; lunch is at your own expense.
Maximum group size is 12.
