We're feeling celebratory that we can meet in person again. House Dublin will host the return to our in-person general meeting at its cheerful covered patio. There will be coffee and delicious pastries for all. (We advise that you dress for chilly temperatures).
Our guest speaker this month is Rob Kelly, Gym and Operations Manager at Swan Pool & Leisure Centre in Rathmines. He will be speaking on the topic of fitness. His presentation will include increasing your activity level, fitness at any age and finding the activity that works for you.
