A Spring Wine Tasting - featuring High Street Wines
Join us for an evening tasting, and pairing, a selection of high street wines in the lead up to summer. Xander Storey Cosgrave (@Rascalcook), currently running the wine section in Toonsbridge Georges Street, will talk us through the flavours and food combinations for wines you can find in a local supermarket.
Specifically looking at spring and summer food and wine combos, this is a great event to learn ways to approach wine as we lead into warmer weather and hopefully a summer of small scale socialising.
Buying list and food pairing information will be sent out in advance.
Free to members, guests can join for a €10 contribution to Daisyhouse, our chosen charity.
