What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving holiday in Dublin than to gather for an Irish dance or céilí.
The American Women’s Club Dublin (AWCD) invites you, family, and friends, to experience this rousing and unique Irish tradition. We’ll have a “caller” to guide our every step and a live céilí band to get our toes tapping. In no time, you’ll be laughing and whirling with your dance partners and its guaranteed craic for all ages!
There’s a bar right across from the dance hall to grab a soda or a pint and we’re encouraging everyone to bring a favourite appetizer and/or (Thanksgiving) dessert to sample.
The kiddies will have a designated play area and the club will provide other fun items for your youngsters. Lastly, we’ll have a small raffle to support this
year’s AWCD’s charity, Temple Street Children’s Hospital. Sign up will take place during the October and November meetings. Sláinte!!
