Tortilla Making Workshop
In this class, you'll be shown how to make your corn tortillas from scratch, a couple of taco fillings and some home made salsa. There will be some 'hands on' as I want everyone leaving the demo confident enough to make tortillas at home. We'll finish the demo with a tasting of the food we cook and the tortillas we make.
